The idea

A quieter rhythm, close to the city.

Conceived for a family moving between busy days and slow weekends, Hawthorn Residence explores how a home can offer both connection and retreat. An open living sequence gives way to smaller, more intimate places to read, gather and pause.

Material & atmosphere

Warm timber.
Everyday ease.

The material direction pairs the warmth of timber with soft mineral finishes. Furniture sits comfortably within the architecture, while a restrained palette lets daylight describe the rooms. Storage and circulation are considered from the outset, keeping the everyday workings of the home quietly in the background.
